Can you explain the CARVER Matrix further?
The CARVER Matrix is a process that allows an individual to clearly evaluate the priority ranking of a given set of targets. The matrix also tells the individual about the strengths and weaknesses inherent in each target evaluated. This is simply a tool to help you prioritize your goals. After you determine which endeavors are most critical, then, take action and focus on one target at a time.
