Adrienne Milliken

After years of taking various martial arts and self-protection courses, numerous seminars as well as reading several self-improvement books, Adrienne Milliken was still hungry for more knowledge and skill. When she ran across Mack’s face in the LA Times, she knew that this training was for her. This course was such an incredible and life-changing experience that she stayed involved and continued to train with the Bukido® staff. It was important to Adrienne that she be a part of making this substantial impact on others, just as the course had made on her.
